How to Make Topical Saw Palmetto Serum for Hair Growth

MS FULL HAIR RECIPE

saw palmetto hair growth oil serum recipe

This saw palmetto hair growth recipe is recreated based on number of studies.

Coconut oil is used as the base here, as it’s rich in fatty acids similar to a saw palmetto extract.

β-sitosterol is also added here, because a 2019 study reports that β-sitosterol enriched saw palmetto oil resulted in the superior efficacy than saw palmetto oil alone for its serum testosterone level when tested in mice.

Ginkgo biloba and green tea extracts are two well known natural ingredients for promoting hair growth and were also included in one of the topical saw palmetto hair loss studies.
